For the character of Punch Judy how about Judy Dench and for the character of Cruz how about Cheech Marin.
Micheal Pena for Cruz hands down, and maybe Elizebeth Olson for Punch Judy,
Pena is a little on the older side (43) but could probably pass as thirty something for Cruz. I like the choice of El Olsen for Punch Judy for sure!
Cruz should be Rick Gonzalez (Played Rene Ramirez/Wild Dog on Arrow).
For Dot, maybe Ellen Wong (Scott Pilgrim vs the World and current cast member on GLOW)
