Austin Dragon

Author of over 20 books in science fiction, fantasy, and classic horror.   2. Christopher Moore: Lamb. Why because I love the book it is humorous and I need humor in my life at this moment.

  3. My first ebook would be anything V.C. Andrews. I have always been a huge fan and in love the style of her writing .. even her mysterious ghost writer after she passed.

  4. Definitely am dying (no pun intended) to read “The Secret Life of Walter Sickert,” by Patricia Cornwell. Just like many other people who love a good unsolved mystery, I too would like to hear all that evidence that this sicko might be Jack the Ripper.

  5. The Shack because it is out right now in the movie theater and I want to see it and read the book. My best friend knows me really well and said I will love it.

  6. I would head right out and buy Book Two Blade Gunner, Book Three NeuroDancer, and Book Four The Electric Sheep Massacre. Written by Austin Dragon and ready for me to read! That is a weekend I would turn off the phones, buy plenty of chocolate and drink lots of coffee!

  7. I would get a new book about the Holocaust, not sure which but something new, as I am completely fascinated by that time period and just how humanity is.

    This guy is one of the best fantasy authors out there.
    His books come out alot quicker than any other top notch author I’ve seen and still his books beats theirs by leaps and bounds.

  15. If I would have an once of a chance to when the ipad2 mini. I would love to pick a few books to read I like action and horror books. But dont get the chance to read cause everytime I buy a tablet my kids end up with them reading and learning new languages. So now that all three have one its my turn to have one to myself.

  18. My first book I would download is by Karen Kingsbury, a fiction genre, The Forever Faithful Series. Book 1-Waiting for Morning; Book 2-A Moment of Weakness; Book 3-Halfway to Forever.

  19. I already own Liquid Cool 1, so if I won I would celebrate by getting the rest of the set! I am an omnivore reader – just as I am with food and music – if it is good, I’m in! My music collection is eclectic and wide ranging, and so is my library – everything from classics by Pride and Prejudice, Lovecraft and Shakespeare to the Golden Age of SF – Asimov, Bradbury, Clarke et al, to Spider Robinson, McCaffrey, Koontz, Clancy, Cussler, historical, biographical – bring it on!!! 😉

  24. A Kindle Oasis would be great. I have no reader now so a Kindle would be amazing. Then I could buy the ” Liquid Cool” series by Author Austin Dragon because the title is interesting. Then my usual go to reads of Stephen King and John Saul. I love horror and mystery

  30. Increase Your Typing Speed Tremendously for Kindle by Harvey L Swann because I will be using the tablet to find work. I’m going to need to brush up on those types of skills!

  31. I love the classics and am working my way through William Faulkner now. I have 2 more of his books then I’m moving on to some of Blood Maredian! I’ve heard so much crazy talk about tht book that I want to check it out!

  32. The next James (Jim) Heskett book. I think I’ve read all of his books to date – really like them. Just finished the Whistleblower Trilogy. He writes thrillers with twists and turns. I don’t like predictable and his books are not!

  33. The Black Book by James Patterson and David Ellis, Mystery. It will be published later this month. I’ve always enjoyed the Alex Cross series, but this sounds very good.

  34. I can’t wait until Chalk by Paul Cornell comes out – it sounds like it will be one of those books you won’t forget anytime soon by the reviews. I want to read it as I really liked his Shadow Police series.

  35. I would choose the ‘Life is a Beautiful Thing’ series by Harmon Cooper. A series of cyberpunk horror and mystery that will rip your head off and take you for a ride…

  38. I have been wanting to read All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr. I love war romances and this looks like one of Anthony Doerr’s best novels yet!

  39. The Underground Railroad, By Colson Whitehead, the novel is a winner of the National Book Award in fiction, and I am a big fan of the books they award. I also have read that this book has something new to say: about America’s foundational sins & I believe we can never learn enough.

  40. Edgar Allen Poe the Raven I remember reading Poe in school and it has been on my mind ever since. I would also like to read more about his life.

For nearly twenty years the work of Colson Whitehead has been published to wide acclaim, his fiction and nonfiction both receiving many accolades. For this reason I am eager to have the chance to read his new novel that focused on the origination of the race debate in America—slavery.

Rowling is an exceptionally experienced author, I enjoy all Her book series as they are unique in there own aspects, they bring mythology to life and I really enjoy it. If I won the iPad, I’d most likely do the exact same thing!

  54. The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever by Stephen R Donaldson. I used to read those once a year until I had kids. It would be nice to revisit the Land again.

The first ebook I would get if I won is The Knowledge of the Holy by AW Tozer, Religion & Spirituality, because this is by far the best book I have ever read written on the subject of the nature of God. It is written in layman’s terms and will inspire an awe of the living, one true God of all creation in heaven and on earth.

  61. If I won the giveaway, the first book I get would be The Traitor Baru Cormorant by Seth Dickinson. It is a sci-fi/fantasy book that deals with political unrest. Seth wrote much of the lore for my favorite video game, Destiny, so I know his world-building is impressive. I’ve heard great things about this book.
